ReadyTech is looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer in Launceston to help guide feature delivery, improve system performance and mentor new developers in their Ruby on Rails journey.
As a senior Ruby on Rails Developer, you will be part of a team focusing on developing and growing our flagship education product, JobReady Plus. You will have the opportunity to work on new initiatives to implement new technologies that help drive further efficiencies and scale. In this role, you will ensure that software is built with security, quality, scalability and maintainability at top of mind, while sharing your knowledge and skills with the wider team. As a senior developer part of the role will include mentoring and improving the skills of other team members as well as technical leadership alongside the existing senior members of the team.
This is a hybrid office/remote role and you will need to be located around the Launceston area in order to visit our office.
