About Pin Payments
Pin Payments is an intentionally simple yet versatile payments solution, for micro and small businesses with a need to take card payments online. A pay as you use service that supports running an online store, invoice payments, manual sales, taking in–person payments or building your own custom solution. We’re building the systems that small businesses need to participate in the future of web and mobile commerce.
We are growing our team in order to further develop and support our payments processing platform and are looking to hire a capable Perth based developer for a Ruby on Rails role. If you have proven success in a commercial environment, thrive in a collaborative and complex development environment … and you enjoy coffee — you have the makings of what we are looking for.
You will join a small crew of motivated and awesome folks based in our Perth office in Western Australia on the Terrace, with many café and lunch options nearby. This is a full-time position for immediate hire.

Requirements
- Proven commercial development experience
- Understanding of and belief in good automated testing
- Willingness to learn
- Permanent Australian resident
Bonus points
- Experience in a high compliance environment (PCI DSS)
- Security and coding securely
- Super solid frontend experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
