The team at Insured By Us (http://insuredbyus.com/) are changing this one interaction at a time and we need your help. Our aim is to be the API/platform behind every travel insurance interaction in the world.
We work to live rather than live to work. We have an office in Sydney, but a lot of people work remotely. You’ll need to be in Sydney one to two days a week to meet with clients, but you can work remotely the rest of the week.
About the position
Our business operations team is growing and we need your help to scale our support processes and better serve our customers.
What you’ll do
Mentor and lead a team of remote developers
Become an expert in our operational products
Solve technical, operational and escalation issues, delivering the highest level of satisfaction
Build and maintain better support systems through enhanced tooling & infrastructure
Work closely with Account Management and our clients
Manage and deliver small scale development projects across a suite of products
Report to the Head of Engineering
You have a genuine care for good customer relations
You lead by example
You are doggedly determined
Excellent written & and verbal communication and collaborative skills
