We’ve reached a point where we need to evolve our platforms & we need your help.
You’ll come on board as the 3rd Senior human in a team of 5 (5 devs) within a business of 30.
The role is a coding job but you will have a distinct voice in tech decision making, future tech & business tooling.
You’ll be one of the people who influences the business using your knowledge of technology & what it can do.
Your role will include architecture, design, coding as well as building tools & frameworks for more Junior developers.
Their current environment is Rails 6 based.
They’re heading to Rails 7 shortly.
Any search experience in Elasticsearch would be helpful.
On prem right now but heading to AWS shortly.
