We are looking for experienced full-stack software developers with Ruby experience to join our growing team and work with our clients.
You will be working with a team of thoughtful, caring, smart, and considerate people delivering best in class software solutions. For this role, we are looking for developers specifically with the following attributes and experience:
- experience with Ruby/Rails, Postgres, and related ecosystems
- experience with, and/or interest in, event-sourced architecture and microservices
- familiarity with cloud environments like AWS, using CI/CD, and DevOps principles of automation
- ability to work confidently with, and clearly communicate with, colleagues and clients, in both written and verbal English
- pragmatic ability to balance code quality with project and client constraints
- a range of experience with, or interest in learning, languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Elixir, or similar
