We are looking for people with any and all experience and are prepared to
help the right candidate grow into a first-class Ruby or Javascript
developer. If you are a mid-level developer in another language and are
interested in learning Ruby/Rails, we might be willing to accomodate you.
You Must Have:

- At least 12 months software development experience (any language)
- Some javascript experience
