The Rookies is a much needed support network for artists during their journey from novice through to the early stages of their professional career. This is their journey, and it is our responsibility to connect them with trusted schools that will help them become the artist we know they can be.
We are moving our operations to Adelaide and looking for a part-time ruby developer to join the team.
The ideal candidate will be able to handle 10-20 hours per week helping us implement new features to our application. The goal is to increase these hours in 2020 as we settle into an office.

Must have
- Thorough knowledge of web development in Ruby (not strictly Rails)
- Thorough knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Thorough knowledge of JavaScript front end development
Should have
- React JavaScript UI development experience
- Behavior Driven Development (BDD) with RSpec experience
- Knowledge of Inversion of Control/Dependency Injection principals
- PostgreSQL experience
