Hi everyone,

Following on from last month’s Lighting Talks, and based on the informal discussion there, we’re having an (experimental!) social code “hack night” this month. Mark will be facilitating the event to begin with, but the general idea is for a collective exploration of new and/or interesting tech concepts that you might not know about: a social gathering that isn’t a talk or lecture, but also isn’t a roomful of individuals separately hacking on their own things. _Bring your laptop_ (unless you just want to watch!), as well as any recent interesting Ruby/Rails/tech news or ideas, and we will see what we can explore together 🙂

WHEN: Wednesday 12th July, networking from 5:30pm with the hack night starting at 6:00pm
WHERE: Spacecubed, 45 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000
